Serves 1 - 2 eggs - 2T coconut flour - 1 serving protein powder (I use chocolate flavoured Nuzest Clean Lean Protein) - 1/8 C milk of choice (I use coconut milk) -1/2 banana (optional) - Handful of spinach - 2T Pure Coco Cacao Nibs (optional) - Coconut oil (for frying) Put everything except the Cacao nibs into a blender and blend until smooth. Stir through the Cacao nibs. Melt coconut oil in a large non stick frying pan. Cook pancakes until bubbles start to form and then flip (approx. 3 mins each side). Serve with coconut yoghurt, berries and coconut chips. Enjoy!
